Refunds
Last updated 8 September 2026
Tebex Limited is the merchant of record for every purchase made through this store, so refunds are requested from and processed by Tebex under their checkout terms.
How to request one
Contact Tebex with your transaction ID — it is on the receipt they emailed you, and looks like tbx-…. Their terms set out when a purchase qualifies.
If the problem is with ARGUS rather than the payment, please open a ticket at www.arguss.ac first. Most refund requests we see are an install that did not go to plan or a key redeemed on the wrong email address, and both are usually fixed in minutes.
Your statutory withdrawal rights
ARGUS is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout Tebex asks for your express consent for delivery to begin straight away, and records that you acknowledge losing the statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply — the EU 14-day right and equivalents elsewhere. That consent is captured and shown on your receipt.
This does not affect rights that cannot be waived, including where the product is faulty or not as described.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Tebex receipt. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the current period, and your access keeps running until the period you have already paid for ends. There is no partial refund for unused time within a period.
Refunds and chargebacks end the licence
When a payment is refunded or charged back, the licence issued for it is revoked automatically and the resource stops passing its handshake, so ARGUS will no longer run on your server.
If something has gone wrong, a ticket is faster than a chargeback and does not leave you without protection while it is investigated.
