Purchases through this store are sold and processed by Tebex Limited as the merchant of record. Everything you enter at checkout is collected and handled by Tebex under their privacy policy.
Payments and checkout
Your name, billing details, payment method and transaction records are collected by Tebex, not by us. We never see or store your card details. Read their policy for how that data is used, how long it is kept and what rights you have over it:
From a completed purchase, Tebex passes us only what we need to issue your licence: the email address you paid with, the package bought, the transaction reference, and — if you connected it before buying — your Discord ID, so we can send your key there as well.
What ARGUS itself holds
Tebex’s policy covers the payment. It does not cover the software, so here is what ARGUS stores once you are running it:
- Your account — email address, a hash of your password, sign-in times and IP address, and your Discord username if you link it.
- Your servers — server name, hostname, licence key and configuration.
- Your players — in-game identifiers, player names, IP addresses, detection events, integrity scores, and screenshots or a short screen recording captured before a kick or ban.
Player data is collected because you asked ARGUS to watch your server, and it is held for as long as your plan’s history window allows — 14 days on Basic, 90 on Premium, 365 on Elite. Evidence files are deleted automatically when that window passes. Bans are shared with other servers only through ArgusNet, and only if you turn it on.
On your own server that data is yours. You choose what ARGUS watches, you decide who is removed, and you are the one who must tell your players what is collected. We hold it to run the service for you and do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Where it lives
The panel and API run on Railway and Vercel, evidence files are stored in Amazon S3, and email is sent by our mail provider. Discord is used for the bot and for delivering licence keys where you have connected an account.
Removing your data
You can delete a server, its detections and its evidence from the panel at any time, and closing your account removes the account and everything attached to it. If you would rather we did it, open a ticket at www.arguss.ac.
